Which is the best Philippine bank for personal loans?
I am a private-sector employee and urgently need to apply for a personal loan. Can someone compare HSBC, Citifinancial, BDO and other Philippine banks side by side?
Which one has the lowest rates? Which one has the fastest processing? Which one is the most consumer-friendly?

How are you? Am just coming from the bank where i went to make the
payment for the activation of your loan, but the bank did not agree to
the payment.
He said that if the loan agent wants to help the client to payment
for the activation of his or her client should atleast pay half of the
activation fee.
In a situation like this i really need your cooperation, As we
promised, i mean i and my wife,we will still help you.
All i want you do now try and do your best and i will do mine.
