There are so many banks that will do this for you, of coursem after applying, however, doing it online is maybe not the best option. There is alot of scamming going on the net. But if you really want to do it on the internet, try to do it through a well known bank, such us; bank 1, chase, wamu anything with the yellow lock icon too, which means it is secured.

or both have thousands of scholarships listed. also apply for federal aid if you havent already at. this will show pell grant eligibility as well as federal stafford loans. you could also go for private loans but they are at a MUCH higher rate than federal loans.
