Government Loan Grants

I am attempting to pay off some payday loans and they allwant my NEW account informationrmation. I refuse togive them that and then they say I can send a MoneyGram or a Western Union. Does anyone know if sending cash to pay them off that way is just a “catch” or ploy of some type? Also I am looking for telephone numbers and/or addresses for TLC PayDay loans and Upfront PayDay loans. Thanks for any help you can provide.
