   It depends how you receive the offers.

   You can call all three credit bureaus, Equifax, Experian and Trans Union and ask them to quit selling your information. You can also put your telephone number on a do not call list. You can ask your post office to stop sending you junk mail. For email, if you use a program like Outlook or Thunderbird, you can set up spam filters and automatically delete any mail with the words “payday loans.”

   Not sure what you mean by “spamming them,” unless you mean sending e-mails back telling them to stop. That won’t help at all.
