However, my associates pointed out that it would be extremely unlikely that a Taiwanese government organization would offer funding to a private company (whether local Taiwanese, foreign, or whatever) for the types of projects you are proposing.   

In order to apply for such funding, such an application would most likely have to be made from a Taiwanese established association or foundation.   

If you are interested in establishing a Taiwanese association or foundation to proceed with your project, I believe that any large Taiwanese accounting firm would be able to advise you on the details involved.</description>
