How can they make sure you have good credit and that your not just going to walk away from the loan?

they cant and they wont so?????????

  2. spiritwalker Said,

they are not suppose to. I work for a loan broker, and WE HAVE to have all of the information, before we can even apply for the loan.

  3. MISS H Said,

You may have enough assets that they are willing to lend money that is not based on your credit record. It would require some pretty good assets to get one of these loans. They will however still have to have your SS# for the paperwork.

  4. Patrick Said,

They can’t. What you received is most likely an ad to get you to apply for a loan. You will need to give them the same information you would anywhere else.

  5. Seriously? Said,

Not likely, they have to verify all your information and with the way the market is going right now its even less likely. Sometimes you may get preapproval letters in the mail however, they request your info before giving you anything.
