Free Government Home Loans/Grants for 1st time buyers???
I have heard there are free Gov. loans or grants available to 1st time home buyers…but where is this information (websites)? If anyone knows any helpful insights on this, please let me know…thanks!
There is a lot of help for first time buyers but finding it can be a problem. In our area there is a non profit agency that offers the programs. I guess this is the problem with the gov offering the programs when they get local people can’t find them. Check out if there is a HUD office in your area or try to locate a not profit in your area that has a housing program.
You can probably find out from HUD. Just go to the link below and then click on your state. If you don’t find the information there, ask a family member, friend or trusted co-worker if they can refer you to any mortgage brokers. They know what programs are out there for 1st time buyers.
