Government Loan Grants

I took out some payday loans to help my mother
and daughter. Now I am in a bind because they don’t have the money to pay me when they are due. I have been paying a lot of interest, I can’t afford it anymore. If i cancel the checks at my bank, and just pay them out in a few weeks,can they do anything to me? Or what can they do to me?

I know it elimates most debt (besides student loans) and it stops garnishments. But does anyone know if it can stop payday loans? I got myself into a bit of a bind with those damned things.

I have an online business, sales are down tremendously. My Businees account is over drawm and my credit is fair. I need to find a lender, not payday loans. All my dreams are coming to an end. My Business will be closed in late july if I don’t pay my overdraft charges.

I currently have 5 payday loans and I can’t continue to pay the fees every onther week. I can afford about $150 every payday to pay back a loan if I could find a place that will help me pay them off.

I took out 5 online payday loans, and two stores front…I can’t afford to pay them.My hours at work have been cutted to 30 hours per week and I make only 7.00 per hour. I have poor credit and a few weeks ago my furnace died. I had no choice but to take several payday loans in order to get the furnace replaced. I need to consolidate them but I can’t seem to find a legitimate company to help me. Any suggestions? Please help!!!! I have 2 children to support on my own and they’re taking my entire paycheck for fees.

I have several payday loans. Its not that I don’t want to pay them, but I am getting behind on my other bills I want to know if there is someone or someplace I can go to so that I can consolidate these into one bill and cut down on the interest.
They were there when I needed them I just want a easy solution and not a broke one.

i have a couple defaulted payday loans and they are threatening to bring legal action against me and garnish my wages can they really do that?
