Is there a good software that can help me prepare a nice-looking statement for someone who owes me money and has been making sporadic payments? I tried using a loan calculator but that doesn’t work when the payment amounts I’m receiving are all sort of random.

Any one know where to get one.

Does anyone know of a website that provides a calculator that shows how long it will take to pay off a principle at a certain interest and certain monthly payment?

provide an abstract of the amortization table from which the user can see the opening,monthly payment,amount of payment applied to principle and interest and closing balance…where principle=((d i a^n)/a^n -1)/12 where a=1 + i/12

The calculators I have found show how either one off extra payments or extra weekly repayments reduce the term of a loan. I need to find one that shows both in the same calculation. A graph would be nice.

The car loan calculator should exhibit proper use of exception handling,methods, iteration and selection statements and arrays…. it should require CAR PRICE, DOWN PAYMENT,MONTH LOAN and LOAN INTEREST

First off, I do NOT want a loan calculator.

I have a loan for a $250,000 house with 20% down (so $200,000 total now). Over a fixed rate of 5.25% for 30 years, I should come up to monthly payments around $1,104 a month.

But when I try to do it by hand, I do not get this answer, or anything close to this answer.

So can you help me?
