Government Loan Grants

I have a business but as any business it is hard to run especially since it has been started not too long ago. It is a successful venture, but I am strapped for cash. I live in Ontario, Canada. Would anyone know if there are any grants or low interest loans available from Ontario Government?

I have a fairly large amount of student loans and I’m interested in researching government grants. I’m also very interested in researching governemnt grants for starting a business. I’d like to rehab property and provide (quality) affordable housing for low income Americans, any advice?

Are there certain grants that may help a single mom start a business more than others? Does it matter or not that I am a single mom who wants to start a bus, or can any loan or grant apply to me?

I graduated highschool 1.5 years early, so I will not be 18 until November freshman year of college (Fall 2007). My cost of attendance, etc. is a little over $30,000 per year. After all the government loans, grants, and scholarships, I still need about $10,000. My parents cannot afford to contribute anything, and they do not have good enough credit to cosign (and wouldn’t anyways). I am working but there is no way I will make that kind of money. I keep recieving things in the mail about private lenders like campusdoor.com or even banks, but they all require you to be 18! This is very important to me, I need to go to college THIS FALL. I will call the financial aid office too, but if any of you have ideas i would LOVE to hear them.

My fiancee and I are exploring the idea of starting our own real estate investing company. We are currently working on a business plan to submit for a business loan or grant. Does anyone have any good resources for finding available business grants from the government for starting a small business in real estate?

I know there are plenty of advertisements out there for companies that offer to find applicable grants for a hefty fee. We are not interested in those.

I was wondering the limit on a direct subsidized or unsubsidized loan.
