Can I get funding help / student grants as an adult student?

student grants

I want to go back to college to train for a diploma in nursery nursing so I can get the highest qualification to work in childcare. It is a full time course – but I would be an adult student as I will be 28………do the government help with funding at all or grants as how will I pay the bills at the same time…..the course takes up the whole week so no time for a part time job.

You can go on to and apply for a pell grant and then while in school you can apply for a stafford loan. At the college you want to attend the finacial aid office can help with this information of you can go to I too am an adult student into my sophmore year in the medical field and have gotten this type of support. Fortunetly I have had a great person to help me with the bills so that I can better our lives with higher education. The loans can come in handy to pay the bills too.

Yes, you should definitely look into getting a loan especially since you are in nursing because it is a critical field. The options of repayment are alot better for nursing students.
