		<description>Why would you want to?  The current mortgage rate is almost to 7% while most school loans can be locked in at a lower rate.  As long as your income is low enough to allow you to deduct the student loan interest, I can&#039;t see why you would want to even if you could.

I just graduated from law school and I&#039;m closing on my house in two weeks.  My mortgage is at a much higher rate than my school loans.</description>
