How to plan your weight loss strategy

Forgive me but I’m something of a plain speaker and I’m writing about an issue that can be dangerous to your health. Millions of people around the world are obese. Tens of millions are seriously overweight. There is absolutely clear evidence that people who are overweight run the risks of Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. The longer you are overweight, the higher the risk of early death. So why are you overweight? The answer could not be more simple. You are overweight both because you eat too much sweet or fatty food, and because you refuse to exercise. The remedy? You have to eat smaller portions of more healthy food and exercise. This represents a major lifestyle change. It sounds so simple but most overweight people are food junkies. When you start, you find you’re hooked on all the wrong kinds of food. Try changing the diet and your body develops withdrawal symptoms. For the first time in years, you feel hunger. There’s a remedy. You can buy phentermine online (where it’s cheapest). As the longest running appetite suppressant on the market, it has proved itself as effective to keep the hunger pangs at bay. So, while you go through the withdrawal period and your stomach slowly contracts, growing more used to smaller amounts of food inside, you take phentermine. This tricks your conscious mind into thinking you are full. All you have to do is to control the reflex action to snack. Like everything important in life, losing weight is all about having the motivation to keep going. Some join clubs or circles to get the emotional support they need. Others buy phentermine and wait out the pain of hunger. Without the help and support of family, friends and colleagues, you will probably have relapses. There is no need to feel guilt. Just pick yourself up again and get back on the wagon. The weight will slowly come off – it will be faster if you exercise as well. I deliberately started off the article with a frightener. But the medical evidence is clear. An early death is waiting for most people who remain overweight. If this fear is not a good motivator for you, keep on with the phentermine as directed by your physician. No matter how you do it, you should make actual weight reduction your highest priority in life. You owe it to your family if not to yourself.

Spam remains profitable, but only just

One of the more fascinating things you can think about when you’re bored is why the spam is so different depending on where you have accounts. Perhaps I’m just lucky, but I get very little spam through my ISP. Mostly, it’s just to persuade me to buy viagra and other more obviously fake ways of producing sexual enhancement. I suppose the way I trawl the web to find stories to write about here sells my name as someone desperate to find a way of overcoming sexual inadequacy. But, when it comes to Gmail, my inbox is more evenly divided between viagra and gambling sites. And then come the yahoo accounts (I have several for different purposes). Almost without exception, I am flooded by the Nigerian scam mail. It seems the spammers target different user groups depending on the mail servers they use. A research team based at the University of California has been digging into the problem – it’s completely fascinating to see how some research teams spend their time. Anyway, this team decided to try estimating how much money the spammers made out of persuading people to buy Viagra. Their guess? $3.5 million a year. How did they come up with this number? Well, like cunning hackers, they wormed their way into the Storm botnet. For the uninitiated among you, this is one of the control centers for all those hacked computers around the world. Storm lets you send out millions of e-mails. To monitor responses, they set up two websites of their own to promote. One offered to sell viagra. The other was designed to mimic infecting the users with trojans – the same little bits of code that allow spammers to hijack machines in the first place. Both were actually harmless but counted the traffic and downloaded benign bits of code. Now comes the exciting bit. They sent out almost 470 million e-mails. There were 350 million to promote the viagra site with 10,500 people responding and 28 people attempting to buy Viagra in quantities worth more than US$100. So the low conversion rate did not mean low profits. By scaling up this hit rate, the research team arrived at their annual estimate for gross revenue. But it’s actually quite expensive to send out all this spam so the only way the operation pays is if the spammers also run the sites they promote. The infection site was more efficient, converting an average of 6,000 PCs a day to clones. OK, so now you know who to blame for some of that spam you have been receiving, you can all get your own back by e-mailing the research team which is based at the campuses at Berkeley and San Diego.

How can I rivet the attention of a russian brides

<body>
<h1>How can I rivet the attention of a russian brides</h1>
<p>Men question themselves what they are supposed to do once meeting a beautiful <a href=”http://your-lovestory.com” title=”russian brides”>russian brides</a>. Intuitively you feel that for a beautiful lady you have to do something  special and very much different from what you usually do for an ordinary woman.  Getting acquainted with a good-looking lady you have to keep some certain points  in your mind. First and foremost they are all WOMEN. So all the concepts and  techniques you usually apply to a woman work, though there are still a couple  of nuances that you have to keep in mind approaching a beauty.</p>
<ol><li><p>Be always confident; don’t let your jaw drop down before her, thats what will put her off. Beauties don’t like passive guys, they like action guys, the ones who don’t feel the barrier and distance that beauty builds up, the ones that can spring up to her with a joke or a big smile on the face and a bold compliment.</p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>Yes, beautiful women have a bigger and better choice but that also means they are big time bored. The majority of men surmise that truly good-looking <strong>russian brides</strong> are exclusively interested in tall, handsome, successful and well off guys. These convictions are really close to the truth. BUT as all the people in this world such women also get bored with what life offers them constantly and then there is always a chance for an ordinary guy to conquer the heart of a knock-out girl, if only that guy finds an extraordinary approach. </p>

  </li>
  <li>
    <p>Always be yourself as there is always a risk to overact once pretending to be a funny or macho man. Instead of winning her favor you can make her feel despise for you, if you are meant to be with her, it will inevitably happen. </p>
  </li>
  <li>
    <p>You can tease her letting her know that the fact she is beautiful wouldn’t make you treat her any more special. If she says: ‘I am a model’, you can ask in return ‘Oh, really? Working part time?’ Or if she says: ‘I am an actress’, your following reply can be: ‘Cool!! So, you want to say you are a waitress and do acting for an extra penny, right?’ Though in any case you have to be careful so that your replies and questions don’t sound too caustic and scoffing, only witty and funny.</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Be serious and persistent in your intentions and interest, follow up with your first encounter, call her out for dates, make her feel thought of and cared for, let her feel it that first and foremost you are interested in her as an individual but not in her pretty face. Gifts and flowers can always be an integral part of your dates, though most importantly you have to make sure that your first date is not gonna be your last one. </p>
  </li>
</ol>
<p>I want you  to question yourself what you really feel once a beautiful woman is walking by  and I am talking about that particular kind of a woman you can see once a month  or even once a year. You will stop to look at her or watch her leaving with  your mouth open and eyes pinned to the female silhouette. And what do you feel  at this particular moment? You know what? The majority of men feel the same  once bumping into an attractive woman. Though for her all the men mingle into  the usual mass of compliments, offers to date and just admiration.</p>
<p>But there  is still that particular type of men that forces her to stop and pay attention to  you. And that’s the type of a man which differs a lot from the very rest,  thats a man she will meet once a month or even a year. The question I’m gonna  ask you is this : Will that man be you? Or you will be one of the dozens, or  hundreds or even thousands of men who will just stop to stare at her? </p>

What’s red and hot and throbs with promise?

The boring answer to this age-old riddle is, of course, a red sports car with one of those mufflers that rattles windows at one hundred yards when you rev the engine. Now we’ve all heard those urban myths, the stories that people who drive red cars are more likely to get speeding tickets. As you all know, it’s because red cars are actually faster than any other car on the road and, until you get used to that hair-trigger gas pedal, you’re likely to be burning up the blacktop by accident. Well, it’s a good story but it does beg the question, “What do auto insurance agents think about people who buy these go-faster cars?” The answer you’ll get from every traffic cop with a radar gun in his or her hand, and every underwriter ready to set your rates, is that color is irrelevant. And, you’ll be pleased to know, there’s no evidence to prove either of them wrong. Accident statistics and court records don’t show any great risk of fender bending or offenses from those driving red vehicles of any shape or size. There’s a more simple cause and effect at work. People who drive at or near the speed limit tend to be safer and less likely to get a ticket than those who have heavy weights glued to their boots. Yet the myths persist. Some colors like blue are “cool” and “safe”, others like red are extravert, dynamic and sexy. Supposedly, people are attracted to buy the colors closest to their psychological type. Whether it’s true or not, the car insurance companies don’t factor color into their calculations. Check out the online questionnaire you have to fill in to get a quote. There’s no question about the color of your car and, unless the company asks you, there’s no way it would know. Make and model, yes. Color, no! So what’s the basis of the car insurance company’s calculations? Well, all companies employ these math geeks called actuaries who find every last detail of accidents endlessly fascinating. These guys get all fired up by the year of manufacture, the body type and size of engine. They profile the drivers involved by age and gender. And they all exchange their data to produce national statistics that help them predict whether you’re a good risk or not in that car (regardless of color). So buy whatever type of car works for you (and drive it safely to avoid tickets and accidents, and keep your rate low).

Never be afraid to ask for help

All the figures show the number of parents who don’t insure their children is rising. The reasons are all financial. No responsible parent wants to gamble with the health of their children. It’s not enough to refer to poverty as if only a small number are penalized and then move on. The way poverty is defined artificially limits the way in which the government reports the number who have fallen into the category. The reality is that rising medical costs are now making it difficult for even middle class families to pay for health insurance. Gordon and Mary are typical. They have two children. Gordon is self-employed as an electrical contractor. Work’s been pretty good with the boom in housing. Mary works as a legal secretary. They were comfortable until the housing bubble burst and contracting work dried up. He’s been doing odd jobs but their income has dropped to the point when there’s barely enough for the mortgage and food on the table. “The health insurancehealth insurance was the first thing we cut. That and selling the second car to pay off the credit cards.” Gordon was finding it hard to talk about it, so Mary took up the running. “We were embarrassed. Didn’t want to tell anyone we were having financial problems.” She looked round their home with pride. “We worked hard for all this. . . We tried to keep up appearances.” “When Doug, that’s our youngest got sick, we didn’t know what to do for the best. Mary wanted to go down to the Emergency Room at the first sign of trouble but, like I said, it wasn’t an emergency. Not at first.” “In the end, I asked at work. It was a real benefit to be working for an attorney who cared. I became an instant expert on the Balanced Budget Act of 1997. With two uninsured kids under 19, we qualified under the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP). We were able to get both kids covered and Doug got the treatment he needed before things got too serious for him.” At least Mary had someone to ask. No matter what your situation, you should never let pride get in the way of your responsibility to your children. There are plenty of people and agencies around to ask. Remember, if you don’t ask for help, you never get any.
