Do payday loans show up on your credit report?

payday loans

I was stupid and took out a payday loan. I know they charge outrageous interest and take forever to pay off. I know now to never use them again.

I am in good status with them and have paid it off. Now, I am trying to obtain a personal loan. I’m worried that I’ll be rejected if they see this on my credit report.

Do payday loans show up on your credit report? Any expert advice out there? Thanks!

Mortgage loans……..?

mortgage loans

Who does the mortgage lender disburse the loan to. From my understanding, the lender direct deposits the loan into the buyers (borrowers) bank account. Then the buyer cuts the seller a check. Is this correct?
I was not eligible to borrower any funds beyond the asking price. So my mortgage consultant advice me to work out a side deal with the seller. The seller is asking for 40,000. But the consultant said raise the price to 55,000 and let the seller refund the 15,000 to me. So that’s what I did. We (meaning the seller and I) made the purchase agreement for 55,000 and made a side contract (notorized) stating the seller agrees to refund the 15,000 for repairs and rennovations. Even though I have this contract, I am a little skeptical if the seller will follow through without a hassle. Can I arrage it where the lender disburse the 40,000 to the seller and 15,000 to me. What will happen if the lender finds out about our side agreement? Do they really care?

Have poor personal credit and want to open a small business, any ideas on microloans or real grants for women?

grants for women

I have checked all the supposed grants lists that you have to purchase and most of the grants available to women owned business are not for start-ups. They appear to be for tools once you are already in business, like money to pay an IT person or accountant if you need it. SBA has a 10,000.00 microloan that you still have to have good credit to get for a start up but I will need about 20,000.00 total. I can try to get a tax id number but even that would be New credit which can be worse than no credit. Anyone have this as a specialty or gone through this same situation lately?

Are there any legitimate online personal loans?

personal loans

Everytime we look for online loans, we seem to get a full box of illegal lenders. We are not able to obtain loans via convententional means due to huge, huge credit issues. Yet, we are in immediate need of help. Please share any successful stories with me, if you have them!
